Accessibility

I want every hiring leader to be able to use these free tools, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification or voice control.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We don’t claim every page meets every guideline, and when we find a problem, we fix it.

What we’ve done

  • Text and buttons have enough color contrast to read easily.
  • Every link, button, slider and form field works with a keyboard and shows a clear focus outline.
  • The tools announce their results when they’re ready, so you don’t have to hunt for them.
  • Headings, labels and landmarks are set up so screen readers can find their way around.
  • Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small phone screens, and we respect your reduced-motion setting.
  • We don’t use an accessibility overlay widget. We fix the site itself.

Last reviewed

We last reviewed this site in October 2026, using automated testing and hands-on keyboard checks. We review it again when we make significant changes.

Known limits

Some parts of the site come from other companies, and we can’t fully control how accessible they are:

  • Scheduling. “Talk to a hiring expert” and “book a 30-minute call” open Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. If it gives you trouble, email or call me and I’ll set up a time with you directly.
  • Security check. “Start a search” opens the intake chat on hiredirectnow.ai, which uses a Cloudflare security check to keep out spam. If it blocks you, email or call me instead.
  • Sources. Our tools link to government, legal and research sources. Those sites manage their own accessibility.

Need help or found a problem?

If anything here is hard to use, please tell me. I’m Anthony Cayman, founder of HireDirectNow, and I read these myself.

Tell me the page and what happened, and I’ll work on a fix. If you’re hiring, you don’t need these tools to work with us. I’m glad to take your job order by phone or email, and if you’d like anything on this site in another format, just ask.
