Privacy notice

This notice explains what LeadersWhoHire collects and why. LeadersWhoHire is run by HireDirectNow, a direct-hire recruiting firm based in Irvine, California, that recruits nationwide. HireDirectNow is responsible for your information. Questions or requests: [email protected] or (949) 431-2737.

The free tools

The free tools run entirely in your browser. What you type into them isn’t sent to or stored on our servers.

One exception, and it’s optional: the Same-Page Hiring Brief can draft your brief with AI. If you use it, the role description you type and your answers to its questions are sent to HireDirectNow’s AI (Cloudflare Workers AI) to write the draft. They aren’t stored or used to train AI. We keep only a short-lived, scrambled form of your IP address to limit how often it can be used. Your brief and any same-page answers are saved only in your browser and in the links you choose to share.

Email updates

If you sign up for updates, we store your email address, the first name and role you choose to share, the page you signed up from and the date. We use them only to send LeadersWhoHire updates. The list is stored in a Cloudflare database in HireDirectNow’s account.

We keep your sign-up until you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe or have your details deleted, reply to any of our emails or write to [email protected], and we’ll remove you.

Other services the site uses

• Hosting and analytics. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes standard request data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and block abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and doesn’t build a profile of you.
• Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy.
• Scheduling. “Talk to a hiring expert” and “book a 30-minute call” open Calendly, a third-party scheduling service with its own privacy policy, to book time with HireDirectNow. The link tells Calendly which LeadersWhoHire page you came from.
• Starting a search. “Start a search” opens hiredirectnow.ai, HireDirectNow’s intake chat, which has its own privacy notice (opens in a new tab).

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell or share your information for advertising.

Text messages

If you work with HireDirectNow, Anthony may text you from his business number, (949) 431-2737. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We collect the categories described above (identifiers such as your email address, the professional details you choose to share, and basic internet activity), only for the purposes described above. We don’t sell or share personal information, and we won’t treat you differently for using your rights. To make a request, email [email protected] or call (949) 431-2737. We may need to confirm your identity first.

If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top.
